Em's Mom returned home from a mission trip to Ecuador and brought back a tasty treat! These are Ecuadorian Banana Chips. We hear they are supposed to be eaten with salsa but we have yet to try that!

This is such a fun idea!!! It makes me want to do it next year - however, Reid and I are not as good at photography as you are. :)
