Since Rylie was in the house all week due to the weather she decided that it was fitting to get all her toys out of her box and place them around her while she got to enjoy her new bone. Thank goodness the weather has gotten better so she won't have cabin fever anymore.

Tonight we did one of the most exciting things a person can do...sort through old clothes. We not only found clothes from college, but we found a few from high school as well. This was something that was well overdue.

This is Rylie in action with her infamous 'Purple Thing'. She has formed quite a bond with this toy. This is partly due to the fact that it is filled with a bunch of goodies for her to eat! I should mention that this is 'Purple Thing' #2. Number one suffered a fatal injury when she ripped it to shreds.

Day 13

After an afternoon of riding 4-wheelers, we find ourselves taking a break on the porch of the River Valley Nature Center. We rode a ton, walked a ton (since Nick had us park on I-49) and had a great time petting dead animals in the Nature Center. Jon and Nick lost a staring contest with a snake but managed to catch some sweet fish with magnets.

Day 12

Our version of Dinner and a Movie. Dinner was at Shogun's (See Above) and if you want to see what our show was check out the Kennedy's 365.

OK, Here's the story: One year ago, Rylie had her annual shots and had a major allergic reaction (bumps all over her snout/nostrils swelling shut/hard time breathing/eyes big and swollen/trip to the vet ER/etc...). So this year, we broke the shots up into two sessions. Today was Session Two. She was a very good sport!

Tonight we enjoyed a 5 lb burger... it was too much to handle! Not only is the patty HUGE, but how do they make that MASSIVE bun?!

Em's Mom returned home from a mission trip to Ecuador and brought back a tasty treat! These are Ecuadorian Banana Chips. We hear they are supposed to be eaten with salsa but we have yet to try that!

Rylie enjoyed her afternoon... another cold but beautiful day.

We rang in the new year with good friends, good food, fun games, and even a firework show! HAPPY 2008!!
