Sounds yummy! Grilled cheese & soup on rainy or cold nights has always been a favorite in our household. We miss meals @ home on Wednesdays/Thursdays though due to church/choir practice/kids' choir on Wed. nights and MBSF every Thurs. night. I enjoy having home-cooked meals all of the other nights of the wk. b/c of these 2 nights of being gone. Hope it was good!
